Responses must be timely and demonstrate a high level of customer service in accordance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Topics include resourcing and recruitment, visa issuance and renewal, employee relations, rewards, internal transfers/mobility, performance management, recognition, payroll, benefits, and terminations.Escalate complex cases to Tier 2 or subject matter experts with proper documentation, and follow through until resolved.Role:Resolve complex HR inquiries and collaborate with HRIS team for preventive solutions.Complete special projects as needed.Interact with internal teams to gather information and manage work to completion.Support transaction processing for organizational changes, international assignments, etc.Train new HR Tier 1 staff and support team members.Provide technical support through research and analysis.Ensure audit compliance and manage confidential data per HIPAA and Mastercard policies.Identify and implement process improvements.Develop knowledge base and user documentation.Partner with HR teams across regions for effective support.Maintain excellent relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.All About You:Fluent in English (verbal and written).Experience managing multiple tasks in a related field.Strong problem-solving skills.Broad HR knowledge and customer service focus.High accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to work in a dynamic, high-volume environment.Team-oriented, professional, and self-supervised.Excellent communication and MS Office skills; Workday experience is a plus.Corporate Security ResponsibilityAll activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks carry inherent risks.
