The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement (CA&E;) team focuses on products and solutions that address dynamic market needs. We are seeking a Regional Senior Analyst product lead for the Latin American and Caribbean region to support product solutions and profitability management for our CA&E; Lines of Business: Marketing Services, Loyalty, and Dynamic Yield. This role will support managing Marketing Services, Loyalty, and Dynamic Yield, ensuring the product is scaled across the region. The position requires a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, ensuring the product meets local market requirements, and proactively contributing to product enhancement and innovation by collecting requirements for future development. The role will ensure the product meets local market needs, delivers the go-to-market strategy, and partners closely with the Commercialization team to integrate the product into the broader solutions portfolio to achieve business outcomes. The position will collaborate with Regional and Global Product Leads, Services Business Sales Leads, and Account Managers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Act as Product Owner for Marketing Services, Loyalty, and Dynamic Yield 2. Lead Product Localization and GTM 3. Act as Regional SME About You - Fluent in English; Spanish highly desirable - Proven experience in product, sales, or marketing client services with a growth record - Expert in Digital Marketing and Martech solutions - Experience mainly from Financial Institutions, Fintechs, high tech (ecommerce, marketplaces), IT industries, or digital marketing agencies with product, digital marketing, and strategic planning expertise - Strong business acumen and innovative, customer-centric solutions experience - Experience launching and scaling products in dynamic markets - Consultative mindset with customer-tailored storytelling skills - Influencing and motivating teams, unifying sales stakeholders around strategic goals - Developing go-to-market strategies and sales enablement plans - Subject matter expert in digital marketing and Martech platforms, capable of engaging with executive clients - Good understanding of consumer, industry, and market trends - Creative problem solver with out-of-the-box solutions and team alignment skills - Growth-oriented, adaptable, thriving in fast-paced environments - International and matrixed organizational experience preferred - Strong networking, communication, and storytelling skills focused on results - Ability to work with diverse teams across geographies and cultures - High analytical skills and experience applying data to lifecycle decisions Security Responsibility All activities involving access to Mastercard assets, information, and networks carry inherent risks.
