We seek a Médico Especialista who, with their knowledge and leadership, will help transform the work environment, ensuring the safety and health of our team. What profile are we looking for? Academic background: Medical doctor with specialization in Safety and Health at Work Experience: At least 5 years in similar roles leading SST programs in companies or ARLs Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate safety and health programs to ensure the physical and psychosocial well-being of employees. Develop, implement, and monitor occupational medical policies and procedures aligned with legal regulations and best practices. Perform occupational medical follow-ups, identify risks, and propose preventive measures. Train and sensitize employees on occupational risks, self-care, and first aid. Manage occupational medical exams and generate detailed health reports. Lead the health and safety committee, ensuring active participation from all areas. Advise on ergonomics, mental health, and workplace well-being programs.
