We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst with leadership experience or a Squad Lead with a strong background in Quality Assurance to take over the responsibilities of our current QA Manager, who will be transitioning to a new project. Key Responsibilities: Lead QA initiatives and ensure quality standards are met across the project lifecycle Coordinate testing activities, define strategies, and support delivery teams in implementing best QA practices Mentor and support other QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality goals Monitor test results, track quality metrics, and suggest process improvements Required Experience: Proven experience in Quality Assurance in agile environments Experience in managing or mentoring QA teams or leading squads with a focus on quality Strong understanding of testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to balance hands-on testing with strategic quality oversight Our benefits include: Maternity and Parental leaves Mobile services subsidy Sick pay-Life insurance CI&T University Colombian Holidays Paid Vacations And many others.
