Job Duties Under direct supervision, rig-up and rig-down of service equipment, learn to complete documents, reports, and forms supporting the services performed, and conduct training on equipment such as shale shakers, screen changes, centrifuges, cuttings handling and slurrification systems, and vacuum and pressure washing systems. This role requires effective communication skills, basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division), and fundamental reading and writing skills. Basic computer skills are preferred. The position promotes quality improvement, safety awareness, and environmental consciousness, ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental procedures and regulations, including Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards. Completion of specific Baroid training is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of experience are required.
