We are looking for a Case Manager to join our team full-time. Primary objectives include facilitating seamless service delivery, ensuring appropriate staffing, and offering support and guidance to families, caregivers, and providers on the team. What you'll do: - Daily check of all previous day sessions. - Constant feedback communication with the Caregivers and Patients. - Handle the pre-billing process weekly. - Meaning you will have to make sure all the caregiver's visits are assigned and tracked into the system. - Validate that said visits match the insurance-authorized weekly hours the patient has assigned. - Constant communication with US Insurance companies. - Multitasking when it comes to dealing with issues that may occur during ongoing visits. - Provide Timely Updates: For case status, service authorizations, and workload. What you need: - Advanced English Knowledge. - Customer Service skills needed to handle the Caregivers/Patients/Insurance interaction. - Organization skills needed to handle all the important documentation that is required in this position. - Proactivity and creativeness its needed for this position, someone proactive as opposed to reactive. - Organization Skills and Attention to Detail: Ability to self-organize given activities and keep a thorough record of tasks, pointers, and process updates. - Prioritization Skills: Ability to identify, establish, and assign priorities.
