Talent Acquisition About the Company - We’re looking for a lead in the Data Stage Software Developer team to maintain and evolve integration and data delivery processes. This is a key technical role focused on operational reliability, ETL development, and production support. You’ll manage core integration systems supporting multiple internal teams, brands, and external partners. The role requires a structured approach, strong troubleshooting skills, and solid experience with ETL tools and databases. About the Role - Write and support ETL processes using IBM DataStage. Oversee and maintain scheduled database loads and integration processes. Develop and manage Consumer Data Feeds (CDFs), including views, metadata, and scheduling. Review, maintain, and enforce coding standards. Respond to incidents and manage deployments via Azure DevOps. Provide support for business-critical systems, including after-hours availability as needed. Responsibilities Write and support ETL processes using IBM DataStage. Review, maintain, and enforce coding standards for submitted code. Respond to incidents and manage deployments through Azure DevOps. Support business-critical systems, including after-hours support when necessary. Qualifications - 5+ years in data engineering, ETL, or software development. Hands-on experience with IBM DataStage, shell scripting in Linux, and working with SQL Server. Knowledge of data governance, security, and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS). Strong debugging skills.
