We are seeking a Market Access Director based in Bogotá, Colombia. Purpose: To lead the creation and execution of comprehensive health economics market access strategies, supporting commercial goals and ensuring quick, continuous, and financially viable access to pharmaceuticals. Acts as a key contact for stakeholders, advising on market access success from research to lifecycle management. Main Responsibilities: - Plan and manage programs promoting key account management, fostering relationships with agencies, and advising on opportunities and contractual issues. - Guide programs related to health priorities, legislative changes, and advise senior management on implications. - Develop policies, set goals, and present insights based on economic studies. - Lead economic research and evaluate product value, aligning strategies with global initiatives. - Manage operational aspects of teams, including budget, performance, and compliance, and develop workforce plans. - Lead managers and senior contributors, fostering career development and coaching. - Create a purpose-driven environment aligned with Johnson & Johnson's Credo and leadership principles. Qualifications: - Experience in pharmaceuticals, social security, or health insurance management. - Knowledge of market for chronic and high-cost treatments and health system conditions. - Understanding of health economics and technology assessment principles. - Skills in medical literature interpretation, data analysis, and market information integration. - Integrity, strategic thinking, attention to detail, and teamwork skills. - Sense of urgency and prudence in risk-taking.
