This entry-level position is ideal for candidates who are beginning their careers in logistics and transportation. The role involves supporting dispatch operations, monitoring routes, resolving order exceptions, and assisting with day-to-day tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities: · Monitor active delivery routes and provide real-time updates as needed. · Respond to customer and internal emails regarding order lookups, delivery issues, and exceptions. · Complete worksheets and documentation in Salesforce related to order management and exception handling. · Collaborate with the dispatch and operations team to ensure accurate, timely deliveries. · Assist with basic operational and administrative tasks as directed. · Escalate delivery or routing issues to the appropriate team members. Qualifications · Experience: 1–2 years in logistics, transportation, dispatching, or a related field · Basic knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM/TMS systems. · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
