About the Role As our Client Success Manager , you’ll be the primary point of contact for our wedding industry clients, ensuring their needs are met and their marketing campaigns are aligned with their goals. You’ll manage relationships with wedding venue owners, bridal shop managers, and other key partners—helping them understand their results, maximize ROI, and feel supported every step of the way. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients in the wedding industry. Onboard new clients with professionalism and care. Monitor and communicate campaign performance, metrics, and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with internal teams (design, ads, content) to deliver high-quality service and meet client objectives. Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions and recommendations. Schedule and lead regular check-in calls and performance reviews. Track key metrics and work toward client retention, satisfaction, and account growth. Requirements Native English speaker or C2-level fluency (written and spoken). 3+ years of experience as a Client Success Manager, with at least 2 years in a marketing agency . Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including paid social media, lead generation, and CRM tools. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment using tools like Slack, Click Up, and Google Workspace. Highly organized, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
