Database Team Lead We're seeking an experienced and skilled Database Team Lead to oversee all aspects of our database environment. This role is critical in driving forward business requirements and IT strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading DBA teams, delivering multiple concurrent projects in a high-pressure environment. They will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all database operations, covering live and non-live environments, as well as managing DBAs, workload, prioritization, and delivery of solutions to the database architecture. Liaison with all areas of IT and the business to understand and implement IT and business strategy requirements is also essential.
