This position is responsible for leadingcontract compliance audits of cost-plus Construction contracts forthe development and construction of industrial facilities. Assignments would include audits of both completed projects andprojects in-progress. This position will draw on a variety ofskills you have developed and experience you have gained in yourcareer. Knowledge of and experience in construction (audit, projectcontrols and/or estimating), accounting (financial and cost), auditand data mining skills and techniques are required. Additionally,excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills areneeded to be successful. WORK EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: - Musthave an excellent English speaking and writing skills (C1-C2) - 1-3years audit experience (internal, compliance, operational) is niceto have. - Construction, project controls or estimating experienceor similar industry experience is required. - Strong DataSkills/Aptitude required. Advanced experience using Excel and/orAccess to effectively manipulate multiple large data sets toprovide necessary analytical results for evaluation. - Hasfinancial business acumen, with exposure to payroll; insurance;employee benefits; internal controls; common business practices andcontract language. - Background in understanding and assessingoperational processes and internal controls, including identifyingbreakdown and opportunities and defining practical recommendationsfor improvement. - Excellent business report writing skills. - Procurement and/or contracts experience a plus. PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES - Excellent communicator; able to interact successfully with seniorlevel client management and vendors. - Innovative problem-solver;brings creativity, originality and tenacity to problem solving.
