Excited about the possibilities? So are we! **The Work You'll Do**: We are seeking an Inside eCommerce Account Executive to join our team and contribute to the rapid growth of our eCommerce business. In this role, you will excel in a fast-paced environment, executing new customer sales while managing the retention and expansion of existing customer accounts for our portfolio of tax and regulatory reporting software products. - _More specifically, you will:_ - Execute inbound sales leads with strategic high-potential customers for eCommerce products - Recommend software solutions and provide guidance to facilitate new customer online purchases - Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic Sovos customers and identify new business opportunities - Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies - Qualify leads and connect prospects with Account Executives when better suited for enterprise products - Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and effectively manage customer information - Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities - Present and negotiate contracts, pricing, and business terms with customers - Develop strategic sales plans, identifying growth opportunities within assigned accounts - Analyze sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management **What We Need From You** - Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or business development - Strong sales acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets - Ability to build rapport with customers and provide relevant product recommendations - Comfortable making cold calls and written introductions to decision makers - Effective internal & external verbal & written communication skills - Business savvy with strong critical thinking abilities - Coachable with a desire to learn new skills and passion for growth - Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and ability to work independently - Quick learner with high attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities - Organized, efficient, reliable, and proactive - Fluent in English (speaking and writing) **What Does Sovos Offer You?** The tools to enhance your life - because we want you to enjoy your life outside of work and inside! - Flexible Time-Off - Comprehensive Health benefits - Bi-Weekly Meeting Free Days - Mentoring Programs - Globally recognized Training and Development programs - Virtual English Club through Rosetta Stone, and more!
