Current and previous projects include One Times Square and Chelsea Market in New York, Industry City in Brooklyn, Ponce City Market in Atlanta, Ghirardelli Square in San Francisco, the Innovation and Design Buildings in Boston and Lisbon, and Groot Handelsgebouw in Rotterdam. **Job Overview** As an Associate/Senior Associate, you will support the sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and management of Real Estate investments across the region. This strategic role requires an analytical, proactive professional with deep knowledge of Latin American Real Estate markets and strong investment acumen. The Associate/Senior Associate primary role is to assist in the evaluation, due diligence, and execution of Real Estate, he will work in a team environment to source and underwrite new investment opportunities, negotiate acquisition terms, manage existing assets, and conduct asset dispositions **Essential Job Functions** - Build and maintain complex financial models to evaluate returns and investment scenarios. - Lead due diligence, financial analysis, and underwriting for Real Estate acquisitions or developments. - Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to close deals effectively. - Conduct market research to identify investment opportunities or risks. - Support the preparation of investor updates and quarterly reporting packages. - Prepare for and participate in meetings with managers and conduct on-going due diligence. - Assist with asset management duties, including financial analysis and investor reporting for existing investments - Support the fundraising process, including creating fundraising presentation materials and coordinating historical fund - and asset-level performance analysis **Qualifications** ***Education and Experience**:** - Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. - 4-7 years of relevant Real Estate experience (investment, development or asset management). - Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with Argus, CoStar, or similar tools is a plus. - Strong analytical, negotiation, and project management skills. - General understanding of risk. - Developing investment judgment. **Compensation & Benefits** - Competitive base salary plus performance bonus. - Comprehensive benefits package. - PTO, holidays and remote flexibility.
