POSITION OVERVIEW: The Technology & Process Transformation Analyst is responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and streamlining relevant CS information resources, process documentation, and flowcharts. Positioned at the core of continuous improvement efforts, this role helps ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will proactively assess existing workflows, identify areas for enhancement, and recommend solutions, all while maintaining a well-organized repository of materials and documentation. As a Resource Analyst, you will drive operational excellence and support the department’s long-term goals by ensuring resources are thoroughly documented and easily accessible, enabling teams to perform at their best. This role also supports informed decision-making by providing valuable insights into resource allocation, process efficiency, and opportunities for improvement. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Document, manage, and maintain process-related resource materials—including process flowcharts, templates, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and platforms—ensuring clarity, accessibility, and relevance to current business operations. Document processes in Zendesk Guide as well as create and manage backups in SharePoint, overseeing the organization and maintenance of all developed content on both platforms. Support the continuous improvement team by working with cross-functional teams to assess current processes, identify opportunities for improvement, monitor KPIs, and propose actionable solutions by evaluating the impact of initiatives deployed in the operation. Track the effectiveness of implemented process changes, providing feedback and insights on their impact. Support the implementation and management of current and new applications used by the operation. Evaluate existing workflows, providing recommendations for enhancements and collaborating on implementing changes that will increase productivity and improve other operational KPIs. Carry out verification tests prior to the launch of any new solution, as well as whenever it is necessary to perform a verification test following the occurrence of a failure. Oversee the accurate mapping and regular updating of global IVR systems to ensure they remain current and continuously improved. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, business administration, data management, or related fields. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage large volumes of materials and process documentation. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement improvements based on analysis. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to communicate complex processes in a clear, accessible way. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and lead change initiatives.
