In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to support business operations and drive user adoption. You will work closely with various teams to understand their needs and ensure that the Salesforce environment aligns with our business objectives. As a Salesforce Administrator at NeoWork, you will play a key role in maintaining the integrity of data, implementing Salesforce best practices, and facilitating continuous improvement of our CRM processes.
