As we continue to grow our brand and digital presence, we are seeking an on-site Marketing Coordinator in Barranquilla to take a lead role in content creation, advertising, and overall brand development. Position Overview The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling marketing materials, managing digital campaigns, improving our online visibility, and growing our brand on social media. You will develope and schedule social content, design posts, and run paid ad campaigns targeting niche markets like airport transfers, weddings, and corporate events. You will work closely with our U.S.-based management and contribute to strategy, execution, and reporting. Resumes must be submitted in English. Key Responsibilities Website & SEO - Manage and update the Apex website with current content and SEO improvements - Ensure mobile and speed optimization - Maintain accurate Google Business and local listings Social Media Management - Develop and publish content for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn - Schedule posts, respond to messages, and engage with audiences - Design and execute targeted ad campaigns Content Creation & Design - Write blog articles and service landing pages (SEO-focused) - Design visual and promotional materials, including: - Email marketing templates - Brochures and flyers - Infographics - Banners and web graphics - Case studies and testimonial layouts - Maintain a consistent visual brand style across channels Advertising & PPC - Set up and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns - Analyze performance data and adjust strategy as needed Review & Reputation Management - Monitor online reviews and respond professionally - Implement strategies to increase positive feedback Reporting & Analysis - Provide weekly performance summaries for website traffic, ads, and engagement - Recommend improvements based on insights and metrics Qualifications – What We’re Looking For - Advanced English (writing, reading, and speaking) is mandatory - 3+ years of experience in marketing, graphic design, or digital communications - Graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) - Web design tools (WordPress, Wix, Elementor) - Ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads Manager) - SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ubersuggest, SEMrush) - Knowledge of email platforms (HubSpot, Brevo, Mailchimp) - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks - Portfolio of marketing designs or previous work (preferred) - Resumes must be submitted in English.
