At this moment, we have a vacancy for the position of Business Excellence Manager, this position should be located in Bogota preferably and reports directly to the VP Andean Region. Responsibilities - Serve as the link between operations, supply chain, and commercial teams, ensuring business alignment towards profitable growth. - Provide support and tools so that the commercial management is carried out, maximizing the value for yara, gearing the other areas towards the same objective. - Drive margin performance management through analysis of product mix, pricing execution, and operational cost impacts in collaboration with finance, supply and commercial teams. - Support on decisions in the S&OP; process, ensuring demand and supply alignment to support customer needs while maximizing operational efficiency and working capital. - Monitor and analyze market trends, customer forecasts, and sales pipelines, inventory/sales management (speed) providing actionable insights for operational planning and commercial strategy. - Develop and implement performance management frameworks to ensure visibility of key business drivers, including profitability by customer and product line, market trends. crops and competitors. - Act as a business partner to the commercial team to evaluate commercial opportunities and risks, ensuring decisions are aligned with operational capabilities and profitability targets. - Ensure effective collaboration with logistics, production, and sourcing to guarantee product availability and service reliability in alignment with commercial commitments. - Guarantee that the commercial information in the system is up to date. - Generate list price and support sales representative to have the data updated in the properly tool. - Monthly forecast related to Commercial planification and yearly business plan. Follow up in Rebate program - Manage the PQRS process, ensuring timely resolution, root-cause analysis, and implementation of corrective actions to improve customer experience. - Commercial Budget management & Variable compensation framework (allocations, performance and metrics, CPM, Cost per impact, Cost per lead). - Aligment between Local, Andean Region, Latam and Americas & Global commercial initiatives. Profile - Education - Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration. - Preferably Master´s degree or post-graduation studies in Project Management and/or Logistics, Commercial or Business. - Work Experience - +10 years of general work experience. - Minimum 5 years of leading teams experience related to the industry, preferably in Commercial Areas. - Experience working cross-functionally with commercial and operations teams. - Knowledge and skills - Fluent English is a mandatory requirement for this position. - Knowledge of agricultural commercial business model, supply chain processes, customer experience, and commercial planning. - Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data for decision-making. - Strong Yara business acumen with a focus on profitability and operational efficiency. - Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP (SAP preferred), and BI tools (Power BI) - Willingness to quickly learn about the Yara business model. - Adaptation to change in the organization Additional Information As a global organization we actively strive to reflect diversity in society.
