**Video Designer (Contractor)** - Remote (Colombia-based) | Contractor | Multi-Project Role_ We’re looking for a **Video Designer** with strong skills in editing and motion design to support our team across multiple clients and brands. This contractor role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes short-form content, understands digital trends, and can deliver polished, engaging videos that tell a compelling story—on time and on brand. **Key Responsibilities** - Edit short-form video content (reels, TikToks, ads, promo clips) for various platforms and brand styles. - Design basic motion graphics or text animations to elevate storytelling and engagement. - Ensure all video content is aligned with each brand’s identity and optimized for platform specs (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.). - Work closely with marketing and client teams to develop video concepts and adapt to evolving creative needs. - Manage multiple deadlines and project timelines without sacrificing quality or creativity. **Requirements**: - Proven experience as a video editor or video designer, ideally for social-first brands or agencies. - Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or comparable tools). - Strong grasp of current short-form video trends, pacing, transitions, and audio syncing. - Ability to translate a brief into visual storytelling with mínimal direction. - Organized, reliable, and adaptable to different brand voices and timelines. - Excellent English communication skills (C1 level or higher). - Based in Colombia. **Bonus If You** - Have a strong aesthetic sense for motion, rhythm, and layout in video. - Can work across different creative tones (elegant, fun, bold, mínimalist). - Bring creative input to every project, not just execution. - Are comfortable working in Canva for light video tweaks or brand alignment.
