We are looking for a **FP&A; Ssr Analyst** to join our global team. We recently joined Epsilon, the number one global advertising and marketing technology company, to become their right arm in LATAM, leveraging Epsilon's 50 years of extensive history and experience to accelerate our media delivery capabilities and bring additional value to our existing and growing client base. **We have a challenge for those who** - Lead FP&A; activity including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. - Own and iterate on existing consolidated financial models - Manage reporting/KPIs consistent with actual product P&L.; - Identify and propose improvements and efficiencies, and take an active role in finding and implementing solutions. - Improve efficiency and effectiveness of finance activities and reporting - Develop relationships with business partners to help forecast revenue growth - Monthly and quarterly forecasting and monthly reporting activities/ processes. - Oversee Financial Planning and Analysis Globally with teams in each region, product group, and centrally. - Analyze the performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cash generation as well as corrective action plans as needed. - Impact the team's ability to achieve service, quality and timeliness of objectives. - Additional ad hoc projects with VP Finance and C-level **We consider a perfect match if you have**: - 5+ years experience in FP&A;, Financial Consulting or Business Analytics. - Thrive in the details and working on critical, fast-paced projects and analysis. - True and strong desire to deeply understand how all products work at product and P&L; reporting level. - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills - Master Excel - Advanced English Level - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or business-related field required **About Rely** - We are the number one AdTech company in Latin America.
