Responsibilities - Define learning objectives, KPIs, and supporting metrics based on business objectives and design direction. - Audit existing web analytics setup and provide recommendations and tracking solutions. - Evaluate analytics implementations in order to understand and optimize the site interactions and behavioral variables that are being captured. - Analyze large integrated datasets to tell a comprehensive story of how users engage with client digital initiatives, identifying pain points and opportunities to improve the experience and meaningfully impact the business. - Lead analytics presentations for major clients along with multiple streams of work. - Collaborate with other Huge capability teams to inform design, content, and user experience development decisions. - Develop deep, trusted partnerships with clients to deliver strategic insight that informs the direction of the engagement. - Evolve existing data ecosystems, evaluate measuring gaps, establish a roadmap, on-boarding new technologies, defining processes and governance.
