We are looking for a new Track and Trace Representative to join our team Location: Barranquilla **RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Follow up on all the loads from shipper to consignee in a timely manner. - Keep the customers updated concerning the situation with the loads. - Provide a professional and high-quality proactive service concerning load updates with the drivers. - Maintain records including time/date stamps, trailer numbers, seal numbers, and customer requirements. - Work closely with the US-based customer sales team in meeting customer needs and issue resolution.
