Position Overview: We are looking for an Atlassian Administrator to support our systems. This person will report to and work closely with the R&D and Infrastructure teams. They will help Kaseya maintain and improve our Atlassian environment, working on a variety of projects to ensure our tools are effectively supporting business needs. The ideal candidate is someone with a technical aptitude who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to both day-to-day operations and ongoing projects. Responsibilities: Assist with daily management of the Atlassian application stack, including Jira, Confluence, Opsgenie, Jira Advanced Roadmaps, and Jira Service Management. Support all aspects of the Atlassian toolchain, such as workflows, automation, custom fields, schemes, permissions, add-ons, and integrations. - Help coordinate Atlassian Access for Jira, Confluence, and Opsgenie. Maintain all Atlassian-related documentation up to date and well-organized. Assist in ensuring system availability of Atlassian tools based on defined SLAs. Develop basic dashboards and reports to provide development teams with meaningful metrics and insights. Collaborate with partners and internal teams to provide solutions for their Jira project requirements. Learn and apply Atlassian best practices to maintain consistency across our instances. Use JIRA REST APIs to support integration with other tools. Participate in ongoing activities involving Groovy and JavaScript development. Requirements: 4+ year of Atlassian Administration experience, supporting enterprise environments. Proficient with JQL and familiarity with building dashboards and reports. Understanding of Information Security concepts, such as the Principle of Least Privilege. Understanding of core business processes and Agile frameworks like SCRUM or Kanban. Comfortable working independently, proactive, and willing to ask questions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Preference for candidates who have experience working with global teams. Additional Nice-to-Haves: Familiarity with Java/Groovy scripting or JavaScript development. Basic experience with Linux administration. Applicable Atlassian certifications (e.g., ACP-120, ACP-620). Knowledge of ScriptRunner or similar Jira Add-Ons. Knowledge of GitHub or other version control systems.
