You will work with multicultural teams worldwide for NICE Software Solutions, a major IT multinational. The Project Manager will plan and control activities to deliver projects on time, within budget, and with quality, managing risks and issues proactively. - Manage projects end-to-end, including scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risks, procurement, and stakeholder engagement. - Lead all project phases: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing. - Apply NICE project management methodologies, defining tasks, preparing plans, monitoring progress, and managing scope and scope changes. - Serve as the primary contact for projects, representing NICE in internal and external forums, and advising clients on roadmaps and ROI. - Proactively manage issues, communicate status, and escalate as needed. - Report project status accurately to stakeholders and manage related revenue and forecasts. - Measure delivery quality and efficiency, providing feedback and contributing to methodology improvements. - Participate in the broader project management community to share knowledge and improve practices. Qualifications: Ideal candidates will have: - At least 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, leading teams and managing people in a matrix environment, with international client experience. - Experience managing projects in consulting or software organizations, delivering solutions to external clients. - Experience managing the full software SDLC, including discovery, design, and development of custom solutions. - Ability to handle complex, dynamic projects and multiple simultaneous projects. - Experience managing IT, telephony, and software projects. - Strong customer relationship skills and ability to bridge business and technical issues. - Willingness to work in a dynamic, global, collaborative environment. - Strong business acumen, revenue forecasting, and budget management skills. - PMP certification is desirable. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in systems engineering or related fields. - Proficiency in English communication skills.
