The Supervisor will be responsible to train, coach, and motivate their team to meet targets that push for growth within the organization. If you have the desire to make change, take on challenges, and experience fulfillment, then this is the place to be!**RESPONSIBILITIES**: - Supervises and coaches a team of high-volume recruiters - Track and manage the team’s performance, recruitment KPIs, and professionalism - Stay up to date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and hiring managers about changes in regulations - Cultivate a strong working relationship with internal departments and have effective/open communication regarding challenges or shortfalls - Ensure all compliance with the hiring and company policy for internal and external hires, verified through audits, assessments, and client feedback - Lead all ongoing team engagement activities that help ensure job satisfaction and workforce productivity - Serve as SME on recruitment process and systems - Manage special projects and tasks as assigned by the manager or other staffing leadership, such as serving on process improvement, coordinating small-scope short-term projects, etc. - Partner with the TA leadership group on client needs and updates and serving as the main point of contact to the Recruiting team in Colombia - Recruits for non-agent roles as needed - All other duties assigned **REQUIREMENTS**: - Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in HR/Recruitment or a related field preferred - 3+ years of work experience in high-volume recruitment BPO, prior leadership experience a plus - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong command of the English language - Natural leader that can be persistent and motivate a team to meeting goals - Ability to work on multiple hiring goals simultaneously - Effective organizational and time management skills - Data and process driven with an analytical mindset - Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) - Work with integrity and high-level confidentiality with excellent attention to detail - Partners with operations and hiring managers building a strong relationship - Work shifting schedules to meet the needs of the business - Comfortable with travel to the office as needed (5-10%) **BENEFITS & PERKS**: - Competitive base salary based on experience - Paid Training - Comprehensive health insurance package - Paid vacation and holiday time off. - Great work environment **Continuum Global Solutions, LLC. ¿Quiénes somos?**
