As a key player in the payments industry, we are seeking a Senior Specialist to drive strategic growth and innovation in Latin America and the Caribbean region. This leadership role involves developing and continuously improving product packages to address recurring client needs and regional priorities, ensuring attainment of revenue and margin targets. Key responsibilities include: 1. Co-creating and driving go-to-market strategies for priority products across distribution channels; 2. Ensuring engagement and usage of Business Intelligence platforms by internal and external stakeholders; 3. Disseminating capabilities internally and externally with engaging storytelling and data; 4. Identifying opportunities for improvement across sales and delivery lifecycle, and developing activities to increase customer engagement and foster positive experiences; 5. Partnering with regional and global teams to develop and deliver innovations to our markets. The ideal candidate will have over 4 years of experience in management consulting for financial services in Latin America, with experience in business development or digital product management roles. Strong problem-solving, creativity, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential. Additionally, fluency in English is required, while fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is highly valued.
