Job Description: Job Summary: The individual manages COD Overages & Shortages collected by the drivers and assists with some COD internal inquiries. The COD group works collaboratively to ensure that all COD tasks (Inbound/Outbound Mail, Mail Prep, Sorting, Processing, COD Exceptions, and Banking) are completed timely. Each team member must be available to cross-train in other COD tasks and be prepared to help where needed to ensure that customers continue to receive superior COD service. Responsibilities: - Matching debits and credits daily. - Follow up with internal and external customers as needed. - Contact centers daily by email and by phone when needed to resolve open items. - Work with centers to resolve irregular payments. - Work with customers when needed. - Decision making by prioritizing workload to ensure issues are addressed on a timely basis. Qualifications: - Technologists, Professionals in Accounting, Finance or related. - Minimum experience of 6 months in administrative areas (Accounting, Finance or Administration). - Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, and Excel - English: writing B2, speaking B1. Skills: - Attention to detail. - Assertive communication. - Problem solving. - Adaptability. Other Details: - Shift: Monday to Friday 6:00am – 4:00pm - Modality: Hybrid, 2 months on site, 4 months home office. First three months at office.
