Provides technical guidance and training to less experienced analysts and programmers. Direct Reports: None Shared Reports (solid/dotted if applicable): Dotted line to Bogota CCA Director Dimensions The incumbent is responsible for the supporting the following: CCA Region Core Banking systems Responsible for the design & development of simple to medium complex enhancement and participate in the development of major/complex enhancement > 500 workdays Support multiple applications concurrently ensuring high availability, integrity and reliability of programs developed Education / Experience / Other Information (include only those that are specific to the role) Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or relevant field. 1-3 years developer experience 1-3 years’ work experience as AS400 RPGLE Developer. Experience with AS/400, RPGLE, Free Format RPG, DB2, SQL, VS Code, BitBucket Experience working in an agile development environment (Confluence, Jira, CiAD pipeline, Scrum/Kanban).
