Transforming smiles, changing lives Department: Clinical Location: LATAM-Colombia-Bogota About This Opportunity This position is mainly responsible for clinical communication and support to external and internal customers. The process includes interaction and communication with private-practicing orthodontists, and treatment coordinators related to case-specific issues, ClinCheck quality, and troubleshooting. Focus will be on clinical support as well as troubleshooting clinical issues for customers. Additional duties include support for education events, university, and research programs. Key Responsibilities Provide clinical customer support to orthodontists and general dentists in case evaluation, ClinCheck support, and clinical troubleshooting primarily for doctors. Investigate and analyze clinical-related customer inquiries, complaints, and adverse events. Ensure timely resolution to customer contact issues, whether inbound or outbound. Support clinical education activities, including live and online events, coordinating with clinical speakers, presenting clinical content, and supporting congress activities. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Bachelor's degree in Dentistry is required; desirable knowledge in Orthodontics. One or two years of experience in customer relations in dental-related areas or in an international call center environment. Candidates with no experience will also be evaluated. Fluent English is mandatory. Good knowledge of basic computer operations and Microsoft Office tools. Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, in an office environment. Sound like a good fit?
