As a CRM Functional Consultant at 3Shape North America, you will serve as a key partner to business operations teams, including Academy, Support, Marketing, Operations, and Sales. Your primary responsibility is to provide technical expertise and support in configuring and administering CRM systems to drive business success. This role requires a strong technical and analytical background, with experience in CRM configuration, problem-solving, and communication across various teams. You will work closely with system owners and development teams in 3Shape Headquarters in Denmark, Poland, and Ukraine to establish effective collaboration and ensure seamless system integration. To succeed in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field. You should also possess relevant professional and personal skills, including: - Proven work experience as a CRM Functional Consultant or similar roles for at least 2 years. - 2+ years of CRM Microsoft Dynamics 365 administration experience. - Proven ability to administer and configure CRM systems. - Familiarity with automating business processes, report and dashboard creation, and data analysis. - Experience working directly with commercial, financial, operational, and data teams. - Strong understanding of CRM solutions and automation best practices and strategies. - Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting. You should be structured and proactive, self-motivated, curious, and possess strong communication skills.
