Your Tasks - Vermittlung des Unterrichtsstoffs und Vorbereitung auf die entsprechenden Prüfungen der verschiedenen Prüfverfahren - Sicherer und souveräner Umgang mit Kursteilnehmenden - Erstellung bzw. Aktualisierung der verschiedenen Unterrichtsskripte - Erstellung, Dokumentation und Korrektur von Prüfungsfragen - Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung neuer Lehrmethoden - Dokumentation der Lernerfolge und Leistungsnachweise - Durchführung von Inhouse-Schulungen bei Kunden - Unterstützung bei internen und externen Audits bzw. bei der Vorbereitung auf Audits - Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Schulungsprogramms - Konzeptionierung neuer Trainingsinhalte What we look for - Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als NDT-Inspektor*in Level II gemäß EN 4179 und mindestens 5-jährige Erfahrung in der Durchführung für drei der folgenden Verfahren: - ET (Wirbelstromprüfung) -UT (Ultraschallprüfung) - TT (Thermografieprüfung) - Bereitschaft weitere Verfahren zu erlernen wie: - PAUT (Ultraschallprüfung mit Gruppenstrahlern) - RT (Durchstrahlungsprüfung) – Film / Non Film - MT(Magnetpulverprüfung) - PT (Eindringprüfung) - Didaktische Fähigkeiten, um Lerninhalt zu vermitteln - Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Seminaren bzw.
