We would like you to be a part of our team as a Logistic Specialist. As a Logistic Specialist, you will play a vital role in our operations, managing high-volume data entries and ensuring compliance with U.S. Customs regulations. You will work closely with our clients, vendors, and government agencies to facilitate the smooth clearance of goods. Responsibilities 📌 1. Review entry documents for accuracy and completeness. 📄 2. Submit shipment ISF data within regulatory timelines. ⏰ 3. Process and submit entries to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). 🇺🇸 4. Coordinate with Participating Government Agencies (PGAs) as required. 🏢 5. Provide clearance status updates to relevant parties. 📬 6. Execute file billing accurately and in a timely manner. 💼 7. Develop and maintain customer relationships. 🤝 8. Report safety hazards promptly. ⚠️ 9. Immediately report incidents involving injury, illness, or property damage. 🚑 10. Wear appropriate PPE as instructed. 🦺 11. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures. 🛡️ 12. Refuse any unsafe task or operation. 🚫 13. Participate in safety meetings and training. 📚 Skills and Qualifications 🛠️ - Previous experience with logistics, especially related to trucking, is important. 🚛 - Meticulous attention to detail, as there is no room for small errors. 🔍 - Ability to adapt to changing priorities. 🔄 - Excellent prioritizing, adaptability, decision-making, stress management, speed, and accuracy skills. ⚡ - Exceptional ability for data entry. ⌨️ - Strong verbal and written communication skills. 🗣️ - Ability to sit for extended periods. 🪑 - Occasional standing and walking may be required. 🚶 - Capability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. 🏋️ - Excellent vision abilities, including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision. 👀
