As a Logistics Coordinator s**ome of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**: - Plan, schedule, and coordinate transportation for freight (LTL, FTL, air, ocean, etc.) - Track and monitor shipments from pickup to final delivery - Serve as the liaison between clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of logistics plans - Handle documentation for shipments including bills of lading, PODs, and freight invoices - Resolve any transportation delays, service issues, or exceptions promptly - Negotiate rates with carriers and manage cost-efficient routing - Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations - Prepare daily and weekly reports on shipment status and performance metrics **Requirements**: **What would help you succeed**: - Believe and love what you do. - Objective oriented. - Self-motivated. - Problem solver. - Very proactive person. - Good customer service skills. **Minimum requirements**: - **Studies**:International Business, Business Administration, or Logistics related. - **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in transportation logistics role. Strong knowledge of domestic and/or international shipping regulation. Proficiency with TMS (Transportation Management System) platforms and Google Suite - **Language**: Excellent English skills.
