**About the Role**: We are hiring a strategic and hands-on Data Analytics Lead for a global company to lead and develop a high-performing team of junior analysts. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the CEO—an experienced industry leader—and a consulting Senior Analyst during a transitional knowledge transfer phase to: - Establish best practices for data-driven decision-making. - Shape the future of our analytics function during a critical phase of growth. **Key Responsibilities**: - Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, to align company strategy with analyst performance - Accelerate through the learning curve to master industry-specific knowledge and operational frameworks - Progressively assume comprehensive managerial authority, demonstrating leadership maturity and decision-making autonomy - Guide team members through organizational transitions while maintaining operational continuity - Co-author and validate comprehensive project plans, staffing strategies, and technical documentation - Design and implement standardized operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow efficiency - Serve as the critical bridge between the CEO's vision and team execution—anticipating needs, resolving challenges, and driving alignment **Who You Are**: - Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred) - 2+ years in similar roles - Fluent in English (B2+).
