This is a full-time, permanent role with the flexibility of being 100% remote. You will work directly with key clients, lead projects from proposal to delivery, and support a talented Insights team along the way. Your insights will help shape decisions that matter in pet healthcare or animal nutrition. Key responsibilities include working towards commercial targets, supporting pro-active business development, and managing a team member. You will also design study approaches, manage multiple projects simultaneously, oversee data collection processes, lead data analysis and reporting, write client research reports, and present results to clients. We are looking for someone with 5+ years of experience working in Customer Insights Market Research, excellent project management skills, and fluency in English.
