We are seeking an Endpoint and Mobility Operations Analyst to join our Corporate IT team. This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial, highly driven person with a well-rounded skill set to join this dynamic and energetic team, whose responsibilities extend beyond those of traditional IT support. The ideal person for this role will need to not only have a strong grasp of IT Asset Lifecycle Management and managing an inventory mobile tool, but also be flexible and a strategic thinker able to take on a variety of tasks. Job Responsibilities: - Ensure that Mobile configuration data is available when and where it is needed to support other Technology Services processes - Ensure end-to-end delivery of units to end users and correct functionality - Ensure that all mobile processes are followed including IMAC processes - Ensure that all lifecycle changes to mobile are accurately recorded in our CMDB - Work with other internal groups to ensure the life cycle of mobile assets is being continuously improved - Ensure the confidentiality, availability and integrity of the mobile assets inventory is maintained - Ensure customer service is timely and accurate based on KPIs and SLAs for the Endpoint Operations team - Drive continuous improvement and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures - Develop daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Endpoint Operations activities - Analyze data on Mobile operations ticket trends, performance, and business metrics to define action plans to resolve issues - Plan and perform periodical configuration items audits - Participate in the design, development, and release of new Mobile Operations services - Participate in Mobile operations projects - Participate in resolution of incidents and requests - Drive the creation of Root Cause Analyses upon incidents resolution, coordinating with other areas to avoid events recurrences - Ensure that all system and operating documentation and knowledge is up to date and properly utilized - Plan and manage the support for strategy management tools and processes - Ensure billing control and validation according to a regular schedule - Initial configuration management (manual or through a corporate process of pre-configuration), troubleshooting - Develop and keep updated the framework of the mobility service - Create a roadmap for mobile services evolution and correct operation Attributes & Background: Required Qualifications - Full fluency in English - Minimum 3 years IT support and IT Asset Lifecycle Management experience - Minimum 2 years’ experience managing an inventory mobile tool - Technical knowledge to perform initial configuration on mobile devices (iOS/Android) - Basic knowledge of Intune enrollment procedure on mobile devices - Hands on experience with ticketing and inventory mobile systems (AT&T;, Verizon, Telus, etc) - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint - Exceptional interpersonal, problem-solving, verbal and written communication - Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure - Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude - High level of attention to detail - Process oriented with ability to create and influence new and existing processes - Decision making ability - Ability to communicate with internal staff, providers, and customers clearly and efficiently - Ability to set priorities and complete projects in a fast-paced environment - Ability to work quickly, independently, and effectively with little direct supervision - Committed to the highest standards of quality Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field - ITIL v4 Certified J.S.
