You do not need to live in US for this job. We are seeking a specialist that lives in Colombia and can work at US Central time; time frame TBD. Resumes and Business references required. Job Duties / Responsibilities: - Contacts Hispanic/US customers via telephone, attempts to handle customer service issues such as warranty issues, etc. - Take calls during the week (days TBD) up to 40 hours working time - Contacts and engages decision-makers, and applies skills in the area of communication, customer service and problem-solving - Attends daily meetings - Fields questions and overcomes specific objections raised by customer - Corrects customer information on record when appropriate - Follows up the customer service cases and keep track on the system - Works with other team members to provide the highest level of customer service and meet team goals - Complies with and adheres to service policies, procedures and Company ethics - Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. - Experience in customer service or sales in person or over the phone is preferred. - An engaging, outgoing personality and passion for helping customers - Ability to communicate well to customers - Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills - Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency - Native in Spanish and Fluent in English is required.
