Develop and enforce policies and custom configurations for managing and automating security platforms. Tailor configurations to meet the specific needs of the organization. Plan and configure update policies for security tools and platforms. Manage and coordinate the deployment of security technologies such as CSPM, firewalls, FWaaS, IPS, EDR/NDR/XDR, SWG, ZTNA, CASB, WAF/WAAP, SIEM, cloud-native security controls, Microsoft Entra PIM, and encryption solutions. Monitor systems and set up alerts to ensure the effectiveness and availability of security controls. Define RBAC matrices for access control. Eliminate insecure practices and fine-tune security tools. Implement controls as directed by the Incident Response Team. Integrate security tools with other IT systems. Monitor the capacity and performance of security services and tools. Review IaaS templates to ensure security best practices in DevOps. Participate in change management processes and provide recommendations. Perfil buscado (h/m) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. +3 years focused on security infrastructure management. Hands-on experience with a wide range of security technologies (, CSPM, firewalls, IPS, SIEM, Microsoft Entra PIM, etc.). Cloud security experience (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is a plus. Postgraduate studies in cybersecurity or information security are a plus. Preferred: Certifications in incident response, threat hunting, or security operations (, GCIH, GCFA). CEH or other technical certifications in security infrastructure are highly desirable. Strong understanding of network services, security protocols, and technologies.
