I’m helping Booth & Partners find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Product Manager. You'll set up digital campaigns, impacting ad performance with precision and troubleshooting expertise. Compensation: COP 7M - 12M/month. + Health insurance Location: Remote (for Colombia residents). Responsibilities and more: As a Product Manager, you'll be instrumental in guiding projects through their lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: Key responsibilities: • End-to-end project ownership: Take ownership of assigned projects, overseeing their progress from initial concept to final production, including making necessary adjustments to ongoing projects and driving them forward. • Timeline management and execution: Develop, monitor, and meticulously manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track and meet deadlines. • Cross-functional coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings (both virtual and in-person), prepare agendas, and accurately capture meeting notes and actionable items. This includes managing complex calendars across multiple time zones and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, including facilitating the acquisition and review of product samples. • Documentation and reporting: Maintain and organize comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, trackers, and status reports. Update project management tools (Asana experience is a plus) to reflect current milestones and progress. • Technical support: Apply your technical understanding of industrial design and engineering principles to interpret SolidWorks models and drawings. Your ability to comprehend and work with technical specifications will be key. • Ad hoc support: Provide flexible support for various ad hoc requests, reporting needs, and coordination tasks as they arise, ensuring the smooth operation of the product development process. Qualifications: what you'll bring: We're looking for someone with a unique blend of organizational prowess and technical aptitude: • Technical background: Proven experience (2+ years) in product development, industrial design, or an engineering-related field. • Project coordination expertise: Exceptional ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational and project planning skills. • SolidWorks proficiency. • Detail-oriented and proactive: An exceptionally sharp attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving, with the ability to foresee and prevent project roadblocks. • Communication skills: Clear, professional, and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly. • Collaborative spirit: Thrives in cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team structures and demonstrates a strong team player mentality. Nice-to-have skills, bonus points if you have: • 3D to 2D conversion: Ability to translate 3D models into 2D technical drawings. • Adobe Creative Suite: Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for rendering and design support. • Visa/travel experience: Experience or willingness to travel, including potential international travel (a U.S. visa is a plus). • Manufacturing communication: Experience communicating with factories and manufacturers.
