Role Overview The Consumer Acquisition & Engagement team focuses on dynamic market needs. As Regional Manager for the Latin American and Caribbean region, you will oversee product solutions and revenue management for our CA&E; Line of Business: Marketing Services. This role requires deep expertise in managing Marketing Services, scaling products across the region, and understanding the competitive landscape. You will enhance and innovate the product line by collecting requirements, executing go-to-market strategies, and partnering with commercialization teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Act as Product Owner for Marketing Services, including global products, tracking budgets, and forecasts. 2. Lead product localization and go-to-market strategies, managing studio processes, pilots, vendor/partner management, and offer sourcing. 3. Serve as a regional SME by understanding the competitive landscape, mapping regional needs, conducting training, and measuring product value. About You - Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is highly desirable. - Proven experience in product, sales, or marketing client services with a track record of driving growth. - Expertise in Digital Marketing and Martech solutions. - Background from Financial Institutions, Fintechs, high tech, IT industries, or digital marketing agencies, with experience in product management, digital marketing, and strategic planning. - Strong business acumen, innovative mindset, and experience launching and scaling products in dynamic markets. - Consultative approach, influencing skills, and ability to craft customer-centric narratives. - Leadership skills in motivating teams and unifying stakeholders around strategic goals. - Experience in developing go-to-market strategies and sales enablement. - Recognized digital marketing SME capable of engaging with executive clients. - Deep understanding of market and industry trends, creative problem-solving abilities, and data-driven decision-making skills. - International and matrix organizational experience is highly desirable. - Excellent networking, communication, storytelling, and results-oriented skills. - Ability to work across diverse teams and cultures, with high analytical skills and a postgraduate degree in relevant fields.
