The Impact of a Senior Engagement Manager at Coupa: As a Senior Engagement Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end implementation of the Coupa solution, either directly through our Professional Services team or via certified implementation partners. You will be responsible for successful customer 'go-lives' and serve as a system expert and best practices ambassador aligned with customer business goals. Your core duties include managing project reporting, risk analysis, resource alignment, and ensuring timely delivery. What You'll Do: - Guide customers towards their goals, ensuring successful and timely implementations, and build strong partnerships. - Lead all phases of implementation from mobilization to deployment, including process discussions and best practices. - Coordinate with Coupa service partners and engage customers in strategic business discussions beyond basic features. - Provide technical and functional expertise, demonstrating the full Coupa platform and customizing it to meet client needs. - Develop and refine implementation templates, training materials, and presentations, tailoring methodologies to each customer. - Work effectively both independently and in teams, including on-site customer engagement and platform demonstrations, with up to 50% travel. What You Will Bring to Coupa: - Procure-to-Pay process experience is highly desirable. - 7+ years in systems applications consulting, either internally or with external firms. - Strong client management skills, with experience in procurement, AP, or Expense Management implementations preferred. - Experience with SaaS, financial accounting, CRM, or related software is a plus. - Prior senior consulting experience with applications like Ariba, Concur, NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar is advantageous. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. #LI-AA2 #LI-Hybrid Coupa is committed to an inclusive, fair workplace that complies with all relevant laws.
