Visit us at UST.COM We're seeking a SAP Technical Lead, who will provide insights and empower the team to accomplish work, meet business demands, and develop workforce strategy to meet the Company’s current and future software needs. Manage the Software Development Life Cycle to ensure that all delivery activities are performed in an efficient, quality, and compliant manner. Ensure all SAP Applications are reliable, resilient, secure, and compliant. Develop partners indirectly through coaching and mentoring on SAP architecture, best practices, frameworks, patterns, and standards. Responsible for research and evaluation of new SAP technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP CAP, RAP, BTP, and ABAP. Analytics: Experience with SAC. Languages: Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal. Experience: Previous experience in a similar SAP Technical Lead or coordination role. Key Responsibilities: Team Coordination: Act as the main point of contact for technical internal and external teams, including freelancers, ensuring seamless collaboration across various SAP-related functions such as development, analytics, and integration. Leadership and Negotiation: Excellent leadership skills to guide teams and negotiate effectively with various stakeholders. Ability to maintain control over the development process and ensure that the project stays on track. Communication: Strong communication skills to convey technical information clearly and concisely, both within the team and to external clients. Client Interaction: Engage in ongoing discussions with clients to understand their needs and translate them into effective solutions. Ensure that client expectations are managed and that projects are delivered on time and within scope. SAP Technical Knowledge: Strong high-level understanding of SAP technologies, including SAP CAP, SAP RAP, and SAP BTP. Analytics: Support the implementation of SAC solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and project requirements. Integration: Work on integration strategies across SAP and other systems, ensuring smooth data flow and system interoperability.
