Responsibilities - Develop project timelines and track milestones. - Manage communications between creative, production, and client teams. - Identify and mitigate project risks. - Lead meetings and status updates. - Foster collaboration across markets. Qualifications - 3+ years experience of strong project management skills and proven track record of successfully managed projects from start to end. - Excellent written and verbal English. - Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines. - Skilled with PM tools. - Print and Digital campaigns experience - Software competency – Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Zoom, Teams and OMG (Oliver Marketing Gateway internal approval system - training will be provided). - Willingness to accept feedback and iterate over processes in a highly-collaborative, low-ego team environment. - Process driven and continuous improvement mindset. - Curiosity, creativity, and ambition. - Attention to detail. - The ability to take a project from brief to completion, good communication, organizational, and time management skills are essential.
