About this position: Business Development Representatives provide an analytical and strategic outlook throughout the entirety of the purchase process of our properties; while directly assisting our real estate agents. Your responsibilities will include: - Use innovative commercial strategies and communication skills to interact with clients. - Clients tour agenda management. - Generate personalized reports based on critical analysis of our CRM database, and use them to develop strategies for effective client follow-up and achieving sales. - Post-sale customer service. Requirements: - Full weekend availability (2 days off on weekdays). - Bilingual sales, business development, or commercial data analysis (+3 years). - Previous experience handling CRM platforms is highly desirable. - Previous experience using data analysis and AI platforms is desirable.
