Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Bogota, Colombia Duration: Contract to perm (Duration unspecified, will convert) Remote Compensation: $1,400-$3,000/Month (USD) Summary: Work with domestic and international business units, functional and technical leads, vendors, and other partners within Global Enterprise Technology Solutions (GETS) to gather and transform business and functional requirements into technical requirements for IT systems that support our client's Growth Drivers and GETS roadmaps. Become the Technical Product Owner and knowledge expert for GETS Restaurant Development Systems, understanding customer business needs while working independently with vendors and internal IT teams. Lead efforts to drive continuous business and IT improvements through effective requirements gathering, analysis, and implementation of best practices. Key Responsibilities: Provide IT administration and support for Restaurant Development systems, working with global development teams and support teams to resolve support tickets and system maintenance requests. Work with vendors and internal teams to ensure efficient and effective support coverage. Analyze, research, and recommend corrective actions for problem resolution. Identify and implement support process improvements, automation of support tasks, and training opportunities to mitigate future issues. Assist in product ownership for Restaurant Development Systems, collaborating with GETS, brand development teams, and brand legal teams. Support project steps/phases within broader projects under guidance from senior analysts or leads. Translate vendor and customer requirements for the GETS Integration team. Collaborate with business analysts and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle to define, document, and support functional and technical requirements. Work with customers and vendors to implement new SaaS solutions and enhancements to existing systems. Leverage internal relationships to support business results. Facilitate the Request for Proposal (RFP) process with vendors. Assist in testing cycles, translating technical requirements into detailed test plans and working with QA teams to develop integration test plans. Support with testing integration solutions to ensure they meet system needs and quality standards. Document existing data flows and develop new and improved processes. Assist in training sessions for end users and cross-train team members on Restaurant Store Development (AiS). Qualifications: Education: Typically requires a college degree (or equivalent) with up to 2 years of experience but may not have any. Developing foundational knowledge in Business Analysis with an emerging understanding of related disciplines and industry best practices. Familiarity with Application Development methodologies and technical documentation. Ability to work collaboratively across teams to achieve project goals. Technical Skills: Understanding of Restaurant Development Systems and related tools (preferably on a SaaS platform). Basic knowledge of business analysis methodologies, technical documentation, and Agile project management. Exposure to restaurant/store development processes and industry best practices. Problems primarily utilizing existing processes.
