The Marketing Supervisor - CSA is a maternity leave position reporting to the CSA Marketing Manager. This person will have a crucial role on the team and will be responsible for ensuring Marketing strategies and tactics to promote Consumer Products, Games & Publishing are aligned in Caribbean, Southern and Andean countries, according to regional & global guidelines and strategies. Partnering with local agencies in 8 territories and internally: CSA Marketing, Business and Finance teams, in addition to regional Marketing teams. **Responsibilities**: - Inspire and motivate Marketing teams across CSA agencies (Colombia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Ecuador, Uruguay, Paraguay and Central America & Caribbean) to implement Marketing initiatives according to seasonal dates and franchises’ key beats, ensuring strategy and tactics on campaign’s implementations are aligned with global / regional guidelines and business needs, with ROI mindset. - Provide Marketing approvals, such as reviewing print, online materials, retail arts, influencers, among others), according to guidelines. - Budget management: control agencies’ Marketing budgets and approve reimbursement requests, along with Finance team. - Consolidate countries information and create presentations and reports periodically. - E-commerce: support campaigns implementation on key players. **Basic Qualifications**: - Possess +5 years of experience in Marketing areas and managing / influencing other teams (agencies or other internal teams). - Graduated in Marketing or Business Administration. - Advanced English is necessary. - Available for a temporary position. - Experience in 360 cross campaigns (with strong digital expertise). - Regional/cross countries experience preferred (consumer behavior knowledge of different LATAM countries). - Marketing expert, business driven and budget control experience, team player with strong abilities to build relations and trust. **Additional Information**:At Disney, we believe it takes great people to create the memorable experiences, products and services our consumers know and love.
