They can articulate WeWork’s strategy and vision to diverse audiences and are willing to embrace disruptive, fast-paced technology environments. This is a unique opportunity to build the sales structure and pipeline in an untapped market, addressing evolving employee culture and real estate needs. This client-facing role focuses on driving revenue and is a Junior Sales position, serving as an individual contributor. You will be expected to: Prospect, initiate conversations (cold calling), contact potential clients, send proposals, conduct tours of WeWork spaces, negotiate, and close transactions monthly. Facilitate all tour requests for your assigned building(s). Handle inbound leads and deals for your assigned building(s) and WeWork’s All Access product. Manage your sales pipeline through lead generation, tracking, and control using Salesforce. Maintain relationships and develop commercial strategies with key market players (brokers, investment and promotion agencies, etc.). Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful business closures. Meet monthly sales goals. Identify opportunities for escalation and work cross-functionally to find optimal solutions for members. Represent WeWork positively and communicate our value proposition effectively to members. Partner with the New Member Development and Community teams to ensure successful onboarding and follow-up of new members. About You Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field. 2-3 years of professional experience in closing deals. Strong negotiation skills to ensure monthly closings. Ability to open new markets and prospect effectively. Attention to detail, excellent time management, and organizational skills. Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn, Lusha, and Apollo. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to manage inbound leads (50%), generate new leads (30%), and manage existing pipeline (20%).
