Job Description As a Technical Pre-Sales Consultant , you’ll lead solution design, support client discovery and demo sessions, and ensure each proposal aligns with both client goals and internal capabilities. You’ll bridge teams, validate offerings, and drive the creation of scalable, cloud-powered IT service solutions. Job Overview Employment type: Indefinite term contract Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM EST Work setup: Work from home / Remote Your Daily Tasks Solution Design: Work with clients and the sales team to understand business and technical requirements; design appropriate managed service solutions across cloud, network, end-user, and security environments. Client Engagement: Join discovery calls, deliver technical presentations, and lead product demos; build credibility by speaking the client’s language and presenting the company’s value proposition effectively. Proposal Development: Prepare RFP responses, proposals, statements of work (SOW), and service descriptions in collaboration with cross-functional teams to support solution accuracy and clarity. Internal Coordination: Bridge communication between sales, technical teams, and operations; ensure alignment, solution feasibility, and delivery capacity for every engagement. Technical Validation: Vet and validate all solution components—licensing, architecture, and service scope; confirm technical accuracy and profitability prior to approval. Sales Enablement: Develop and maintain pre-sales documentation, templates, pricing models, and sales tools to enhance consistency and efficiency across the sales cycle. CAB Process: Participate in internal Change Advisory Board (CAB) proposal reviews; assess risk, compliance, and strategic fit to ensure high-quality solution delivery.
