The Position We're seeking a Senior Business Solutions Expert to join our team. You'll work closely with one of our incredible product teams to build and deliver products to our clients, utilizing your expertise to drive business success. Key Responsibilities - 4+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or equivalent role. - 4+ years of experience working with Workday systems and integration points to extract and analyze data requirements. - Advanced English language skills are required. - Successful completion of a four-year college degree is mandatory. - Understanding of integration technologies and data flows in enterprise systems. - Strong knowledge in translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications for technical and project teams. - Document current and future state processes and identify areas for improvement. - Support the development and QA teams by clarifying requirements throughout the project lifecycle. - Ensure that solutions align with business goals, compliance, and organizational strategies. - Able to work through new and difficult issues, contributing to libraries as needed. - Forensic attention to detail. - A positive mindset and a can-do attitude. - Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams. - Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems. - Able to take extreme ownership over your work. - Able to consistently work 40 hours per week.
