Job summary Community Lead (Remote) — Unno is on a mission to revolutionize remittances and financial services for immigrant workers in the U.S., using stablecoin rails and seamless digital experiences. We believe in building with our community, not just for it — and we're looking for a Community Lead to help us grow and engage our audience of hard-working immigrants across digital and in-person channels. Responsibilities - Build, grow, and manage our WhatsApp, Telegram, and other relevant community channels. - Create and publish valuable, culturally relevant content for our immigrant audience (video, text, reels, voice notes, memes, etc.). - Identify and secure podcast sponsorships popular with immigrant communities. - Develop creative referral programs, ambassador initiatives, and engagement challenges to incentivize word-of-mouth growth. Qualifications - You're deeply empathetic and passionate about immigrant communities and financial inclusion. - You have 2+ years of experience in community building, social media, or grassroots marketing — ideally in a fast-paced startup or fintech environment. - You're a strong communicator in Spanish and English (bilingual fluency is a must).
